October 21st Air Power Day

The Thunderbirds came to Osan for our Air Power day last week. We really enjoyed watching them practice the day before from our friends balcony. It was like being up with the planes. Pretty cool. The down side of that was that the kids weren't as excited the day of for the actual performance. They had already seen it. Live and learn. There's not going to be too much from me in regards to narration on these pictures. Mostly just the planes flying, simple enough. It was cool and trust me, you are only seeing a SMALL portion of all the pictures I took, remember that when you start thinking, "Enough pictures Dene', this time there are too many!!"

The boys in front of the mighty A-10!
Looking down the barrel of the gun.

Ahhh, just an F-16, Cody's face says it all.

This one's not bad, it's at least an F-15E, pretty cool, and it was from MO!!

Some Korean plane, pretty cool.

Thunderbird.

Bryce in front of some helicopter.

The Korean Parachuting team kicked things off.

This would never get old. Looks really cool.

This C-17 Kicked butt up in the air. That thing can move!

Best buds, Cody and his friend Jack.

The planes of the base. The coolest ones in the front.
The Thunderbirds all lined up.

The C-17 doing it's maneuvers. I was pretty sure the thing was going to break a wing off it was turning so sharply. Cool.

I think they were conspiring about how to drive mommy crazy that day. It worked.

The show...

Yeah back at ya Cody.

This is what the boys did for most of the Thunderbirds show.

This is what the Koreans did through the show.

Bryce after we waited FOREVER for him to get his face painted.

The MIGHTY THUNDERBOLT II!! Cool plane!
