Our day at the Korean War Memorial (oh yeah and Thomas too!)

This past weekend we went to Seoul for the day to go to the Korean War Memorial. There was a bonus feature that Thomas the Train had an exhibit at the memorial. So we were able to go to the museum and the kids were able to do "kid stuff" too.
All the boys got to make buttons with different Thomas characters. Bryce lost his before we left the museum! Oh well.
The exhibit had an area where you could check out trains and tracks and build for 15 minutes. This was not so exciting to our kids, seeing as how we have more trains and tracks than you can imagine at our own house!

The boys had a blast playing in the ball pit, and like always took over the activity. They seem to go into a group and dominate that activity. We had fun watching them play.
I had a great time helping the boys with their buttons.
The boys had a blast rolling around in the air filled "barrel" things. They were like air mattresses rolled up. Once again our boys took over and we had to end the activity when all the little Korean kids were getting squished.

All the boys wanted to do from the moment we walked into the Thomas area was ride the train. As parents we thought we would postpone that activity and drag out the fun, but they were so excited to finally get to ride on the train.

After Thomas, we went through the rest of the War Memorial. It was all really interesting and even the kids enjoyed looking at all the cool war things. This boat was called a Turtle boat.

I just thought this was cool.

And Bryce as always lagging behind.
